Organic Social & Content

Social is where culture happens, discovery starts and decisions take shape. We build organic social strategies and content that make brands relevant in culture, discoverable in search and credible across the moments that influence conversion and build belief.

The Royal Kennel Club

The Royal Kennel Club

The Royal Kennel Club was entering one of the biggest transformations in its 150-year history: a new name, a new identity and a need to feel warmer, more relevant and more accessible without losing its authority. We built the strategy around a familiar behaviour among dog owners - putting their dogs first - and turned that into a social-first brand world designed to connect lifelong members with a much broader generation of dog lovers.

We brought that positioning to life across organic and paid social through distinctive art direction, playful copy and content that treated dogs with the status their owners already give them. From Crufts champions fronting the launch campaign to ongoing social storytelling around the organisation’s role in dog health, welfare and ownership, the work began a long-term reappraisal of the brand, with 2.9M impressions and 77.5k engagements.

Crufts

Crufts

Few moments give the Royal Kennel Club a bigger cultural stage than Crufts. As part of our ongoing social work for the organisation, we helped turn moments like this into content that travels beyond the existing dog community. Our approach combined planned storytelling with reactive, platform-native content, bringing more personality, relevance and immediacy to the Royal Kennel Club’s social presence.

During Crufts, we created and supported real-time content across the Royal Kennel Club and Crufts social ecosystem, capturing the dogs, people and moments audiences wanted to share. Working alongside the wider team of agency and in-house partners, the event period generated 72 million impressions, 172,000 shares and 96,000 new followers across Royal Kennel Club and Crufts channels.

Creditspring

Creditspring

Financial services social can easily become dry, complicated or overly corporate. Our role for Creditspring is to make it feel useful, human and relevant. We lead the brand’s organic social strategy across Meta and TikTok, building content around the money conversations people are already having - from rising household costs and seasonal pressures to everyday financial habits and cultural moments.

We turn audience insight, search behaviour and Creditspring’s wider PR agenda into platform-native formats designed to inform, entertain and start conversation. That means less corporate financial advice and more relatable, useful content people actually want in their feeds. Over one month, organic social reached 26.2K people, generated 921 engagements and added 516 new followers, delivering a 4% engagement rate overall.

Brook Taverner

Brook Taverner

Brook Taverner has the heritage, the product credibility and a loyal customer base, backed by a strong retail footprint. What it needed was a sharper social operating model to build greater visibility with a new generation of customers. Rather than take over delivery, we work as a senior extension of the in-house team, setting the strategy, defining the content territories and building a calendar around cultural moments, platform behaviours and the brand’s strongest existing assets.

We brief every piece of content, set the vision for creator and influencer activity and give the team a clear system to work from. The result is social that feels more native, more relevant and more consistent - while upskilling the client team to own the approach themselves. In the first two months, reach rose 79.9%, impressions 124.4% and engagements 72%.

Mallow & Marsh

Mallow & Marsh

Mallow & Marsh needed to grow beyond its start-up roots and shake off the perception of being ‘just marshmallow’. We helped reposition the brand around Pauseworthy Pleasure - a more indulgent, grown-up territory built for modern treat culture. Social was central to that shift, creating a distinctive world across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok that made the product feel richer, more desirable and instantly recognisable in-feed.

We ran Mallow & Marsh’s organic and paid social, turning the new positioning into a consistent stream of product-first, characterful content built around indulgence, texture and moments worth pausing for. Social also carried the new brand into launch, working alongside OOH to turn a refreshed identity into something audiences could see, share and engage with every day, earning over 1.9 million reach.

Why it’s important

Organic social is no longer a broadcast channel - and it hasn’t been for a long time. Social is where people find brands, search for answers, validate choices and spend time in communities. Our team has been building brands through a decade of rapid change in social behaviour, platforms and algorithms. We know that winning isn’t about publishing more; it’s about understanding how people use each platform, earning relevance in culture and creating content that travels beyond the feed into search, consideration and conversion. Done well, organic social builds familiarity, credibility and belief, one interaction at a time.

Our process

At Boldspace, we start with people, not platforms. We identify the audience behaviours, cultural tensions and social opportunities that can give a brand a distinctive role in people’s feeds. From there, we build the strategy, content system and channel approach - creating, publishing, listening, learning and optimising continuously. Every decision is informed by performance, connecting social activity to the outcomes that matter for your brand.

Why we’re different

We combine the instinct of a creative agency with the rigour of a performance team. Our strategists, creatives, social specialists, PR experts and data teams work as one, so the work isn’t just platform-native - it’s culturally relevant and commercially purposeful. We don’t create content for the sake of filling a feed. We create social brands people choose to spend time with.

Benefits

You’ll have a social presence with a clear purpose, a strategy built around your audiences and content designed for how people actually behave on each platform. You’ll build stronger communities, increase meaningful engagement and create a consistent stream of culturally relevant content that helps people discover, search for and believe in your brand. And with measurement connecting social performance to wider outcomes, you’ll know what’s working - and why. More attention. More relevance. More belief.
