Boldspace has been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026, recognised among 218 medium-sized companies on this year’s list.

The recognition caps a landmark week for the agency. In the past seven days, Boldspace has also been named in Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2026 – for the second consecutive year – and on the 2026 IPA Beacon list, which recognises 20 UK agencies redefining what growth, innovation and relevance look like in a rapidly changing market.

Co-CEOs Mike Robb and Nick Ford-Young said: “Three pieces of recognition in seven days, from three of the most respected names in our industry, is a moment we’ll remember. From day one, we set out to build an agency where bold thinking, brilliant work and a brilliant place to do it weren’t separate ambitions, and six years on this week tells us we’re getting a good bit of that right.”

Joe Misseldine, Head of Talent at Boldspace, said: “This is a huge achievement for the agency and reflects how much our team and culture mean to what Boldspace is. Nurturing that culture, and the way we constantly evolve as a team together, is and always has been one of the most important things the senior leadership team focuses on. And while this is a great moment, our focus moves quickly to what we can improve even further in the year ahead.”

The Sunday Times described Boldspace’s promise as “genuine flexibility”, highlighting unlimited holiday, the freedom for the team to choose how, when and where they work, and dedicated days off for life moments such as birthdays or moving house. The publication also recognised the agency’s wellbeing offer, including private medical insurance, a £50 monthly wellbeing allowance and unlimited access to professional counselling.
