Reframing talent with a bold new global brand.
Background: Our brief
LHH is a global talent business operating in 60+ countries with a 12,000-strong team, providing expertise across Recruitment Solutions, Leadership Development, Career Transition & Mobility, Executive Solutions, and HR & Advisory. Following multiple acquisitions under The Adecco Group, LHH needed a rebrand to unify its legacy brands and clarify its market positioning.
Boldspace was tasked with repositioning LHH, refining its brand architecture, and crafting a distinctive platform that moved beyond the transactional nature of the talent industry to capture the depth of its offering.
How we got there
Through global research - including competitor analysis, qualitative and quantitative studies, and stakeholder interviews - we identified the opportunity to redefine LHH’s position in the talent space. We explored what set LHH apart and developed a brand narrative that celebrated its integrated services, global scale with local expertise, and human-centred innovation.
After extensive research and creative development, we introduced LHH’s new brand platform: ‘A Beautiful Working World.’ This concept underpinned a complete transformation, uniting all business lines under a compelling and inspiring identity.
Brand Messaging
We built LHH’s messaging from the ground up to ensure clarity and consistency across all business lines. A compelling brand manifesto and core statements defined the vision, while a refined service architecture provided structure. Tone of voice guidelines and brand copy frameworks reinforced a distinct, engaging, and human-centered narrative across all communications.



Brand Identity
Respecting LHH’s heritage while modernising its presence, we introduced ‘The Thread’ - a symbol of the fluid journeys in today’s working world and the seamless connectivity of LHH’s services. A refined colour palette, structured image guidelines, and cohesive presentation frameworks ensured consistency. The website was completely redesigned, and marketing collateral was developed to align with the new brand.

Business Line Strategy
To differentiate LHH’s four core business lines, Recruitment Solutions, Leadership Development, Career Transition & Mobility, and Executive Solutions, we created unique positioning strategies. Each had clearly defined USPs and messaging tailored to its market and audience. While distinct, all divisions remained aligned with the overarching LHH brand, reinforcing its strength as an integrated global talent partner.
Advertising Campaigns
Bringing ‘A Beautiful Working World’ to life, we launched a global advertising campaign that spanned all divisions. A full suite of assets was created at both the group and business-line levels, ensuring tailored messaging and visuals while maintaining overall brand cohesion and driving industry-leading engagement.





Website
We reimagined LHH’s website to optimize UX and UI, implementing SEO-driven brand copy and a fully refreshed design. Each business line was given a distinct presence within a seamless site architecture, ensuring an intuitive user experience while reinforcing the brand’s unified identity and market leadership.
