Skyscanner has been a trusted name in travel for over 20 years, but its social presence needed sharper strategic direction to stand out in a fast-moving digital world. Boldspace was tasked with defining Skyscanner’s reactive voice, ensuring it showed up with purpose across channels and markets. We positioned the brand as ‘The Travel Saviour,’ balancing helpful, geeky expertise with playful, culturally relevant creativity - codified in a clear framework.

The result? A strategic, ownable persona that keeps Skyscanner at the heart of travel conversations, offering both smart support and sharp social wit.

Mayakoba

Mayakoba is an iconic luxury destination uniquely positioned in the heart of Mexico’s Riviera Maya. However, to date, Mayakoba had not been intended as a consumer-facing destination brand, but instead the destination badge for each of its four legendary resorts that sit within it – Rosewood, Banyan Tree, Fairmont and Andaz.

Boldspace was tasked with turning Mayakoba into a place people talk about, and taking its already iconic, magical warmth to a global consumer audience. We repositioned the destination, championing being ‘led by the lagoon’ to prospective guests, all summarised by a new descriptive strapline: ‘flow freely, roam wildly, live fully.’

XRAI Glass

XRAI Glass needed to launch their revolutionary new software that converts audio into subtitles on smart glasses in real time, in the UK and US. After a fast, but extensive brand strategy process, we created the positioning (‘the bold space’): Life. Subtitled.

We created a compelling brand narrative, identity and guidelines before aiming to shine a light on the most impactful outcome of the product we could, deciding to launch to the deaf community first and in doing so, showcasing just how meaningful this groundbreaking technology will be. Thankfully, the work went global overnight.

In the UK, 8 million people rely on cash for daily life, yet the steady disappearance of high street banks threatened their access. Our bold space reframed the issue - not just as a challenge for the lowest earners or the vulnerable, but for those essential to our communities: carers, local businesses, hairdressers, babysitters, grandparents, and more.

We anchored the campaign around six key pillars - Safety, Sustainability, Service, Self, Saving, and Survival - driving a fully integrated national movement that ultimately led to a change in legislation announced in the King’s Speech - one of Boldspace’s most significant achievements to date.

Obrizum

Obrizum is an AI-powered platform revolutionising organisational learning by transforming business content into personalised, adaptable modules tailored to individual learning needs. Obrizum came to Boldspace a business, but not yet a brand.

Boldspace was commissioned to elevate Obrizum from a promising player in mission-critical learning to a transformative brand in the business L&D space. We coined the term ‘true-adaptive’ to describe their innovative approach and introduced the concept of ‘high dimensional knowledge spaces,’ capturing the personalised learning environments created by Obrizum’s AI. By positioning Obrizum as a category creator with a bold mission encapsulated in the new strapline, ‘Challenging Learning,’ we set the stage for them to redefine the future of education.
