Neil became Global Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi in 2011, before taking on a similar leadership role at Leo Burnett in 2016.
Throughout his career, he has developed iconic campaigns for some of the world’s most creatively admired brands, including Nike, Volvo, and Converse, earning multiple Cannes Lions alongside a portfolio of award-winning and highly effective creative work for brands such as NSPCC, Paddy Power, Walkers, Ariel, Gillette, Pampers, Powerade, Corn Flakes, and O2.
