Brand value agency Boldspace has been listed by The Sunday Times as one of the Best Places to Work in the UK.

The Sunday Times, powered by WorkL, has revealed the Best Places to Work in the UK for 2024. The nationwide workplace survey celebrates Britain’s top employers and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing.

The judges said: “There is a lot of room to learn and grow at Boldspace. Since the marketing agency opened its doors in 2020, two staff members have been promoted to leadership. The 50-strong workforce is 60 per cent female and its Women Who Rise networking group hears from external speakers on how to advance careers. The team receive bonuses, unlimited holiday and private healthcare and a £50 monthly wellbeing budget.”

Boldspace joins brands including Vitality, TUI and Octopus Energy in the rankings.

Joe Misseldine, Head of Talent at Boldspace, said: “Being recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the UK’s best employers is a fantastic moment for us and gives us confidence we’re fulfilling our ambition to be a destination of choice for ambitious people to grow and work in an environment where they love coming to work each and every day. We have carefully thought about the culture we want here and how to nurture it over time, and the many initiatives we run – from Women Who Rise to our Inclusion Council – all add up to something special.

“But this is only the beginning. We’re a young business and know we can always do better, so we look forward to building on that in the years ahead.”

Boldspace, which is four years old and employs 50 people, is  a B Corp, a Living Wage Employer, and a signatory to f Clean Creatives.
