Major new fintech firm Vestrata appoints Boldspace to PR brief following competitive pitch

Mike Robb

Vestrata, a fintech business that recently raised $4 million in funding, has appointed brand building, communications and analytics agency Boldspace as its PR adviser following a competitive pitch process.

Boldspace will build and sustain key market awareness for the ambitious new fintech brand, launched in December by eight industry leaders from some of the largest wealth management institutions in the world including J.P. Morgan, UBS, Credit Suisse, Barclays, HSBC, and MSCI.

Vestrata’s proprietary technology platform is unique and will deliver a suite of investment solutions that help wealth managers to drive improved client engagement, control risk and reduce cost. Vestrata’s services are developed in collaboration with leading asset managers, research houses and alternatives providers, and will be delivered through an integrated, scalable and modular platform.

The account will be led by Boldspace Co-founder and Managing Director, Mike Robb, reporting to Vestrata’s Chief Marketing Officer, Arun Sinha.

Arun Sinha, CMO at Vestrata, said: “The wealth management space faces a series of complex and disparate challenges that are yet to be met by a coherent solution. What Vestrata provides to address this need is entirely new and requires a clear and consistent story to ensure our target market understands who we are. We are excited about the proposition we have built and the fundamental transformation that it will enable the wealth management industry to achieve in the years ahead, and look forward to working with Boldspace to tell this story to the marketplace.”

Mike Robb, Co-founder and Managing Director of Boldspace, said: “Vestrata is the most exciting fintech story in the wealth management and private banking space today. It is the definition of a challenger brand and ambitious business of the future, and one we are thrilled to be working with.”

This latest win for Boldspace follows a successful first year for the agency, which now has more than 20 clients across technology, healthcare, fintech, financial services, ecommerce, and energy.
