How We Got There

To facilitate deeper analysis, BoldLens™ provided granular breakdowns across locations, regions and groups. As well as tracking the health of the brand as a whole, Locke can monitor PR, social mentions, web activity, and reviews for a specific hotel against its local and global comp sets. BoldLens™ overlays bookings as a primary commercial metric on visualisations across the platform, and provides a granular breakdown across an additional range of bespoke KPIs – from ‘number of rooms per booking’ and ‘days to booking from first website visit’ to ‘average booking value’ and ‘location leaderboards’.
