Mush appoints Boldspace to brand strategy brief
Mush, the social app for mums to find and connect with other mum mates, has appointed Boldspace to drive strategy following a credentials pitch.
The brand, launched in 2016, enables mums to find local connections and host meetups, as well as providing them with expert advice and helpful content to support them on their motherhood journey.
Boldspace has been tasked with defining a new positioning and benefit-led strategy to make Mush stand out and grow in an ever more competitive marketplace. The work will be led by Boldspace Co-founder and Director Nick Ford-Young, reporting to Mush Founder Katie Massie-Taylor.
Katie Massie-Taylor, Founder at Mush, said: “We’ve had great success with Mush to date, creating 2 million friendships and helping mums navigate the highs and lows of their new role as a mother. We have big plans to grow and support even more mums in this ever-changing world in new and innovative ways. As we do so, we’re excited to partner with Boldspace to shape our positioning and tell our story in a uniquely compelling way.”
Nick Ford-Young, Co-founder and Director at Boldspace said: “Mush is an incredible cause-driven offering that is hugely valuable to mums right across the country. Tapping into the passion that has underpinned its initial growth and defining a strategy for future success is core to the Boldspace approach that is built for ambitious, mission driven challenger brands. We’re delighted to be working with Katie and the team to supercharge the next phase of growth for the business.”
