Brand building, communications and analytics agency Boldspace has made three hires from Ketchum, Don’t Cry Wolf and Blakeney to further bolster its PR capability.

Jayne Crook joins from Ketchum as Associate Director, bringing more than a decade’s experience of integrated, strategic communications across technology, health, food, sports, and financial services brands. She has worked with clients including Samsung, Mastercard, Adobe, and Facebook in her career and will lead a number of Boldspace’s biggest client accounts.

Merridy Valentine joins the agency from Don’t Cry Wolf, where she was an Account Manager. Having previously worked for both W Communications and Mission, Valentine has extensive consumer experience across travel, luxury and technology clients for brands including Tiffany & Co, Marriot International and Elvie.

Finally, Adriana Guardans-Godo joins Boldspace as a Senior Consultant from London-based strategic communications agency Blakeney, where client experience included working on the COP26 Presidency and UNDP-backed Voluntary Carbon Markets Integrity Initiative (VCMI). Guardans-Godo will support a number of Boldspace clients, including in particular the agency’s clients with global, multi-lingual mandates.

Mike Robb, Co-founder at Boldspace, said: “In Jayne, Merridy and Adriana we are welcoming a trio that represent what Boldspace is all about – different backgrounds and expertise with a shared belief in the challenges we are collectively seeking to address. Today marks another day where I am deeply thankful that we are able to attract the very best in the industry to Boldspace, and I look forward to working with them in the years ahead.”

Commenting on her appointment, Jayne Crook said: “I join Boldspace at an exciting time of huge growth for the business and look forward to working with such a creative, multidisciplinary team who are doing things differently as an agency.”
