Brand building, communications and analytics agency Boldspace has bolstered its strategy and creative capabilities with four new hires.

Oli Cousins joins the agency as a Strategist, bringing five years’ experience in strategy roles at leading agencies including Mindshare and BrandOpus. Cousins will support strategy work across a wide-range of Boldspace clients in fintech, lifestyle and ecommerce.

Boldspace has also expanded its creative firepower with the addition of a junior creative team in Sophie Webster and Elliot Payne. The duo will report to Boldspace Creative Director, Matt Weston, who joined the agency in January and brought extensive ad agency experience with likes of Iris, BBDO and M&C Saatchi.

The creative team is also joined by Dan Kearney, who joins as a senior graphic designer to add to the agency’s design capability.

Nick Ford-Young, Co-founder at Boldspace, said: “If we are to realise our vision of unifying data and creativity it is absolutely essential that we bring in the best and brightest creative talent to keep pace with our investment in technology and data. So I am delighted to welcome Oli, Sophie, Elliot, and Dan to the team, all of whom bring great experience across a wide-range of businesses from large, established firms to exciting scale-ups.”

The additions bring the full time Boldspace team to 18 and the agency now has more than 25 clients across a range of sectors including technology, healthcare, fintech, financial services, ecommerce, and energy.
