Over the last 20 years, Steph has worked to deliver communication campaigns for a broad range of sectors and for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Western Union, Danone and SC Johnson. Her experience ranges from crisis management to corporate and media strategy. She has led reputation management campaigns on issues such as obesity, data fraud, inequality and global supply chains and worked on communications for executive leadership programmes, media launches, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement programmes.

Before joining Boldspace, Steph was Managing Director and Senior Partner at FleishmanHillard. She has also worked at Edelman, Red Consultancy and Hill + Knowlton Strategies.
