XRAI Glass creates software solutions powered by Augmented Reality. It converts audio into visuals allowing a pair of smart glasses to turn speech into subtitles, in real-time. XRAI came to Boldspace to develop a strategy to launch XRAI Glass to the world. Our challenge was that the technology was built but the brand was not. Google had already been teasing conversation around its smart glasses and so we were in an arms race and had to act fast.
XRAI GLASS’ BOLDSPACE
XRAI’s software aims to empower its users and create a future built upon the notion of ‘unlimited potential.’ It is not a healthcare company, nor is it creating a medical device, so we positioned them as a brand of creation landing on the platform ‘Life. Subtitled’. We wanted to show that XRAI Glass is not here to replace existing means of communication but is here to enrich it. A key audience for the software is those who are deaf and hard-of-hearing, so to bring it to market we developed a launch programme that showcased how the revolutionary technology would now allow people to ‘see’ conversation.
