As a new destination built from the ground up as a sustainable community in Mexico, Xala tasked Boldspace with launching their brand to the media and generating ongoing press coverage ahead of the development’s official opening in 2024.
To do this, we decided to split the different elements of the development into eight key pillars which encapsulate everything Xala stands for – regeneration, culture, bio-diversity, food, education & empowerment, hospitality, art & design, and lifestyle – ultimately differentiating them from any other destination.
An integral part of our strategy has been positioning Xala as a ‘blueprint for the future’, with the partners acting as thought leaders in regenerative tourism. Given the early stage of the development, our focus is to use project milestones to engage the media, raise awareness of the development, highlight progress with the build and generate media coverage. We have also profiled the partners behind Xala, using their thought leadership in the industry to engage the media and providing an opportunity to discuss the wider ethos of Xala.
