During the pandemic, workplace mental health was brought sharply into focus. MHFA England devised a new, targeted offering to address this – named Startwell. They needed the Startwell brand to be built from scratch, keeping a close association with MHFA England but also giving it room to stand on its own.
Due to the experience of consultants at the core of Startwell’s offering, we positioned Startwell as a consultancy over a programme. Its bold space was determined as an intangible, reactive service – one that leant heavily into a more premium, bespoke offering for a C-Suite and HR focused business audience.
