Full time: £30-40k DOE

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience, at least some of which should be in an agency environment. They should be supremely organised, understand how the media works and how to craft, write and sell a great story. They must be as comfortable managing our online client management portal or reviewing the analytics of an account on our proprietary tech platform BoldLens, as they are engaging with a client and quickly and calmly over the phone, solving issues that arise. The candidate must have excellent writing skills.

We are looking for someone who shares our belief in the need to understand a ‘Whole World Brand View’ to solve problems in a modern world; and is dedicated to exceptional client service. This means that while PR is the core requirement in this role, the candidate should have an interest in and general understanding of all communications channels and practices available to a client, and be keen to learn more, quickly.


The Senior Consultant will be capable of leading day to day delivery of client programmes. You will report directly to Co-founder, Mike Robb.

  • Client management: you’ll be working with clients directly, listening to their issues and providing solutions.
  • Creative thinking and strategic advice: there will not be a day that goes by where we aren’t spending time coming up with creative ideas to solve our clients’ biggest problems, whether that is how to amplify a new product launch or how to navigate a tricky reputational issue. This is our absolute focus and what sets us apart. You must be able to contribute.
  • Delivering stories: you’ll be creating and delivering stories in the media day-in, day-out – so you’ll enjoy media relations first-and-foremost, but also be actively thinking about how you use that story or content on all other channels.
  • Content: you’ll be working with our tech to hone content and content strategy for clients. You will have an earned PR focus but also be able to advise fluidly across paid, owned and social.
  • Client management: you’ll be working with clients directly, listening to their issues and providing solutions.
  • New business and marketing: everyone at Boldspace ‘sells’ because we all fundamentally believe in the problems the industry faces and the solutions we are building to solve them. You will be actively involved in growing the business by supporting marketing activity, writing your own content, attending events and conferences, and creating thought leadership.
  • Systems management: we use the best tech in the business to get the job done – so you won’t be doing what you’d expect from a role at a normal agency. You’ll be managing this tech so that it works best for our clients, and turning this into creative ideas, insight and constant advice.


  • Organisation: You will feel comfortable leading accounts, both with client relationships and the work itself. You will quickly get to know what work clients want, how they want to work, and who they are and build a great rapport, ensuring a brilliant experience.
